Alumni Connection Point

Ways to Get Involved as an alumni…(Wanna Stay Plugged In)???

1) Become a prayer partner to the ministry. The ministry continues to grow and expand and if you read the newsletters or talk to anyone still involved in the ministry you will know that there all kinds of prayer needs out there right now!

2) Become a “Network Builder” in your area. You can do this by simplying being willing to connect others to things that are already going on in your area. Say a new CCF alum moves to your area. How about invite them to lunch/coffee with friends or even church. Maybe host a viewing party in your area for an App State football game. Going to go see Leeland , Third Day or Flyleaf in your area, present an open invite. Warning!: This is for people who want to take some initiative. Symptoms: May cause slight uncomfort! Side-affects may include potential deepening of relationships with other Christians in your geographical area. Please be advised take on responsibility at your own risk!

3) Become a financial partner and invest in the ministry! I encourage you to do this only if you see this as an investment and not a burden. Or even consider one time gifts. Opportunities to invest:

- South Africa missions trip

- Sound equip (monetary donations or new/almost new equipment)

- Local outreach ministries

- CCF staff ( CCF added new staff this year and wants to continue to raise support to strengthen the staff’s resources

4) If you have gifts in graphic arts, imaging technology, web building/design, writing and would like to help build the CCF online communications capabilities your help would be greatly appreciated. We are looking for people to publish content, build, maintain and update our online resources from our website to the facebook group to the CCF blog. Plsease contact ben.shamberger@gmail.com or call 361-446-3450. Please prayerfully consider our requests and we hope you will join alongside us in this ministry. Thanks to all for your support! “Taste and see that the Lord is good!”
